SUPPORT FAQ

Answers, before
you need them.

Can I request help outside business hours?

Yes. SkySched advertises 24/7 support access. Contact options must be configured and actively monitored by your organization before publishing the site.

What information should I include?

Your organization, the affected page or flight number, what happened and any non-sensitive error details. Never send passwords or instructor PINs.

Does Airbly provide continuous live tracking?

Not necessarily. SkySched displays the last available report and its age. Do not rely on it as the sole flight-following or emergency-monitoring system.

Is SkySched an aircraft maintenance release system?

No. Its maintenance due display is for coordination and visibility; an aircraft's technical records and applicable procedures remain authoritative.
