When you submit the marketing website contact form, the website processes the name, email address, organization, operation type and message you provide to route your enquiry. Avoid including passwords, PINs or unnecessary personal information.

How it's used

Enquiry details are sent to a configured sales or support mailbox to respond to the request. The website does not create a SkySched customer or student account from a form submission.

Website technology

The contact form uses a temporary session token to protect against cross-site requests and a short submission cooldown. The website uses essential browser functionality for navigation and its product tour; it does not include analytics or marketing tracking scripts by default.

Storage and retention

The website itself does not save submitted message bodies to a database. Your email service, host or web-server logs may retain related records under their own policies. Configure a retention schedule appropriate to your organization.
